| Welcome to the Homeowner's section of the Hunter's Hill web site. The menu buttons to the left will take you to a neighborhood directory, an events calendar, online discussion forums, and to the neighborhood newsletter. Look for mailing lists to be implemented in the near future. By default, only adult names and addresses are listed in the online directory. If you wish to add your phone number and email, you may do so by clicking on the Directory button and then on the Your Entry button. HHRA Annual Meeting
| The Annual Meeting of all members of the Hunters Hill Recreation Association was held on April 20, 2010 at Good Shepherd Church. Rich Harris completed his terms as Director on the Hunters Hill Board. Members elected Neil Perron to the Board position vacated by Rich. |
Colorado Responsible Governance Policies
| Colorado Senate Bills SB-100 and SB-89 require all homeowners associations to produce and adopt a set of policies and procedures defining, among other things, how the association will conduct meetings, enforce covenants, and resolve disputes. On February 20, 2008, the HHRA Board approved the policy documents required to bring our neighborhood into compliance with state law. The approved documents are posted here. |
